The fine view from our balcony overlooking the Guadiana River captivated us completely. The bed was exceedingly hard and led to uncomfortable nights.

Great and breathtaking location on the outskirts of the town, and 10 minute walk from Patio de la Jaboneria. Just next door to an uphill 20 minute walk, the town center and the centre of Ayamonte. Great service, well-equipped standard queen room with amazing views and the promised balcony. The breakfasts with local Huelva Province options to the fore: D

The views from the hotel overlooking the Guadiana River are amazing, and the large outdoor pool area provides a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Our Superior Double Room was spacious and well-equipped with excellent amenities.
The bed in our room was not up to par. The mattress was hard, which led to uncomfortable nights-one of us even resorted to sleeping on the sofa. The soundproofing was lacking. We could hear noise from the corridors and adjacent rooms, which further disrupted our sleep. The restaurant service was inconsistent, with some meals arriving slowly and mistakes happening with our orders.

Not a lot to say in favour of this hotel except the view was great!
The hotel staff on arrival were very rude and unhelpful. Had not any information about the area.

Fantastic location great views. Treated well by staff ,felt very welcome and the upgrade made our stay feel very luxurious, so decided to use the dining room for our evening meal allowing us both to relax and not need to drive. We were planning to go into town for dinner. Would definatly stay there again and would look to stay at other paradors when travelling in Spain.
There wasn't enough sun loungers by the pool or chairs

Spacious room equipped with modern amenities and a large balcony offering lovely views of the river. The outdoor swimming pool serves as a great retreat.
The entrance experience was awkward. Locked gates and a lack of clear communication made arrival frustrating. Room amenities fell short, missing coffee-making facilities and having some minor maintenance issues like a faulty toilet flush. Dining options were limited with no clear direction on availability, leading to missed opportunities.

A nicely presented hotel with good parking facilities, friendly staff, clean and in a splendid location. Very calm environment but close to golf courses across the border in Portugal and the attractive town of Ayamonte nearby. The bathroom towels were something to write home about!

Location, value for money, beds.
We found the staff quite surly. They didn't appear to enjoy working there. The guy on reception was quite rude. He didn't look up when we arrived and just said "diga" We ate in the restaurant - no music, no atmosphere, food not particulary good.Staff in bar went for dinner at 7.30 and there was no one to replace her for about 15mins we, and other people were looking for service.

The view from our balcony overlooking the river was absolutely stunning! The outdoor swimming pool was a great area to relax, but service at dinner was inconsistent. Would love to see better dining options. 🌅

The floors were clean but not washed , so fresh and old stain marks from liquid drops and splashes were all over the room and bathroom floors. A rub with a wet cloth removed immediately one of these stains, so it is not difficult to do.Such a pity because the breakfast and staff on reception were great.

Overall satisfied with the facilities. Bright, clean rooms & excellent views.
Unfortunately the reception staff managed to duplicate the charge for the room upon checking out. When this was later queried, we were met with indifference & unhelpfullness in trying to resolve the matter.
